Meet James "Jim" Hanson

James “Jim” Hanson grew up in Plymouth Meeting, PA. What started out as a summer vacation to Cape May in 1981 turned into a full time residency of the city ever since. Real estate has always been his passion.  He decided to purchase his first Cape May home in 1984 and in 1986 he obtained his real estate sales license. He then furthered his real estate expertise by focusing on real estate appraisal, eventually becoming a State Certified General Appraiser in 1992. 

Jim can appraise all types of residential, commercial and industrial properties throughout South Jersey. Jim’s work ethic is top notch and he pays meticulous attention to detail.  He is dedicated, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to.  Whether buying or selling - he is ready, willing and able to put his experience and professional skills to work to satisfy all real estate needs.
